With our Dental Warranty, you’re protected in case something unexpected happens. Here’s what’s covered:

• From Day 1:
• Coverage begins immediately for damage caused by external trauma or accidental harm.
• After 90 Days:
  • Physical failure or breakdown without trauma.
  • New or recurrent decay detected after 12 months.
  • Open margins or contacts identified after 12 months.

We believe in delivering treatments that last, but we also understand that life happens. That’s why this service exists—to make things right if the unexpected occurs.

The First 90 Days Rule Treatments are designed to last and stand the test of time. However, if an issue occurs within the first 90 days and is unrelated to external trauma, it is the responsibility of the clinic to resolve this directly with the patient, outside of the warranty claim process.
